Always being enterprising, CMSK serves national policies by establishing REITs at home. On June 21, 2021, coordinated by CMG, CMSK
joined hands with financial institutions under Bosera Funds, China Merchants Securities, and China Merchants Bank to list the Shekou
Industrial Park REIT on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. As the only REIT owned by a central state-owned enterprise among the first approved
REITs in China and the only industrial park REIT issued in both Hong Kong and the mainland, Shekou Industrial Park REIT has explored a new
path that connects the whole life-cycle development model covering “investment, finance, construction, management, and exit” with the
investment and financing mechanism. It sped up the separation of light-asset and heavy-asset businesses, and improved the assets and
operations of industrial parks, contributing to China’s reform of the capital market.
With high-quality infrastructure assets and high long-term investment value, the Shekou Industrial Park REIT was welcomed by investors and
was one of the most sought-after among the first group of REITs. The listing of Shekou Industrial Park REIT can put the infrastructure assets
